Return Policy :
» All returns must be made within 2 weeks from the invoice date, the package must be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided if any.
» It is important to keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
» Before you return anything, please contact MedSurplusOnline to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You should write your RMA number clearly on the box. All packages received without an RMA number will be returned to you.
» Certain products may not be returned due to hygiene issues. • Customized equipment may not be returned, except for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time on Custom equipment.
» Any products returned for any reasons other than non-conforming or defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping for the returned product
» Your account will be credited to the credit card in which you paid for your purchase. If you paid with a check or money order, please allow 2-4 weeks after we have received the returned product to receive your refund from MedSurplusOnline.
» On all product returns, it is up to you to arrange for return shipping. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.
» If you received an item that is defective or was shipped in error by MedsurplusOnline, we apologize for the inconvenience. You will be reimbursed for the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other returns, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
